The boxes are sealed with zip ties before they leave us, however if you find something is missing reach out to vis the support page.

The cables included in the box are not proprietary to us - you can use your own. Please verify that they are functional cables before contacting support.

Once the unit is up and running it will use expressive sounds when events occur, like a drive detected and when there is an alert.
